A couple of years ago I was experiencing a lot of bouts of palpitations,, a missed beat, followed by a thud. At it's worst, this would happen up to 12 times a minute.
I got checked out, ECG etc, and blood tests, all ok, told to cut out Chocolate, alcohol and caffiene (!)
Running was not in the equation at the time, or any exercise for that matter!

Every time I run, I get a little cluster about 10 mins or so into the run, (I assume this is as my heart rate hits a certain level,)and then it's fine, does anyone have any experience of this?

These sound like ectopic beats, which are harmless and go away with exercise.
I dont think you need worry, I get them too
Some people can have them without even noticing, we just see it on the ECG
So no worries!
