Does anyone suffer from post nasal drip and know how to manage it? the past few months it's really started to get on my nerves and affects my breathing pattern having to constantly clear my throat, it's not to great for my training buddies to listen to either. Is there anything I can take for it which wont give me any side effects and get in the way of my training. Thanks for any help guys.

Sorry no.

It's the cold and wet, so move somewhere warm.

It's probably rhinitis, not much you can do about it. If it really bothers you, visit your gp, they may give you some nasal drops.

I get it in the winter. I think mine is really bad this year.

I sympathize. I have something similar. As soon as I start running, especially in this weather, so does my nose.

I blow it out with the tramp's hanky. Not nice, and I do try to do it in a way that doesn't upset or splatter passers-by. But if I don't, I end up ingesting the stuff and that's even worse.

I can't offer a cure other than waiting for the warmer drier weather.
