I pulled my hamstring about a year ago then got pregnant a month later. My baby is now 10 weeks old and I am thinking of getting back into exercise. I have looked at all the information online about strenghtening and stretching but it all seems complicated. Can anybody advise me on what to do in a basic way please? I went for a bike ride at the weekend and the muscle is so tight! I hope its not the end of running for me. Ideally I would like to get up to running 10k comfortably.
