After two years of injuries, I hope to return back to running. Is there anybody who is or was in the same situation.
Before the injury I had been running for about ten years, at a reasonable standard for my age.
I dont know if a walking/jogging schedule would be the best route to take, or maybe a few minuites jogging every other day would be more beneficial.
Anybody's comments would be grateful.
i would say go for a walk/run schedule to get you back into it, and so you're not tempted to overdo it.
