Hello people,

I don't dare to get on the scales... better get out for a run later.

My club is having a handicap tomorrow in the dunes/the pinewoods. I've never done one before, but it sounds like fun. Maybe a wee training run today will help?

I'm here EP, just sunk in depression :-)

Have just regained use of computer as Mr J has gone back to work.

I'm here hanging around in my jim jams not sure what to do today.

I have to do SOME thing with the Jumpets.
27/12/2002 at 09:55
I would take them to the park but I think the ducks will sink if they have anymore bread.

Worry not Josie. In my experience, weight that goes on quickly (eg over Xmas or on hoilday) tends to come off quickly so just enjoy. We'll all be good in January!

Time to get back to over 60's before I say something inappropriate and unwanted

27/12/2002 at 09:58
I'm counting on that Chimpy :-)

I've worked so hard to get rid of weight that it's hard to see my weight go up.

Did you have a good Christmas?

I wish I was doing the Brass monkey. I have rello's in York too.

Morning EP. benz is doing Brass Monkey as well so she'll be a stick by March!!

I think I'll take them into the City to see their Dad and may be go and see tthe Tate Modern.
27/12/2002 at 10:03
They are 2 and 4 but the tate modern is a large open plan place they can run around in. Plus we get to go over the wibly wobbly bridge.

Thanks EP :-)

You looked pretty good your self.

It's funney but it was this time last year when I decided to get my act together and lose the weight.

Mr J bought me some lycra running tights for Christmas. They are a bit lighter than my norml ones and when I went running on Christmas day the fat at the top of my thighs HURT !!

So that last stone (and a half at the moment) is now officially under seige.

JJ - Go for Tate Modern - I think it's a fantastic space. However, something of a philistine I have only been to see the big red thingy, the gift shop and the restaurant on the 7th floor.

And that blade of light bridge is brilliant too.

Impact wobble :-)

I like that.

Yes I'll join in your 12lbs by Reading quest but I won't include the 8 I've just put on as that will come off pretty fast.

12lbs will get me to 10st.
27/12/2002 at 10:24
EP think you're right about benz stressing over BM but it IS flat and do-able (t'was my first half-marathon)
27/12/2002 at 10:25
am a philistine too PPF :-)

Is the tate modern free?
