Any thing I can do to help with this
Hi all, I've suddenly been getting shin splints in my right leg to the side of my calf after approx 2 miles on my last 4 runs. Is there any reason why I've suddenly developed this and what can I do to help as it's limiting my training for next years London marathon. any advice on this would be great fully appreciated
I have experienced the same recently Terry. It's most odd as my legs have always been trouble free. Have you been doing anything new, or maybe pushing a little harder pace-wise? I found just dropping my lap time by 30 secs has helped.
