Shopping instead of running!??

My oh says she can't run due to her hip but has gone shopping!! Has anyone else had to go shopping? That is bad for your health!

Shopping isn't always bad for your health...but it does tend to almost always be bad for your bank balance and stress levels! Lower impact though so maybe your oh has gotten something right.
