Hi guys, since doing my first 10 miler last weekend I've had a pain in my thigh. Just about half way btwn back of the knee and upper thigh, and towards the outside. Particulary painful if I kneel down, and this evening when doing a quickish run it was rather bad, but has calmed down now that I've stopped.
Q what do I do about it, and will I be able to run my first half mara next sunday?
