There are a few threads on this but everyone is different as to what works for them i am afraid its abit of (sometimes) expensive experimentation

I use two - a shock absorber and a minimal bounce crop top over the top - enell just are quite the right fir for me

I'm a 32JJ so I feel your pain!  The best one I found was an underwired sports bra that Bravissimo do called Inspire.  Since wearing this, I can run without even thinking about my chest!  I can recommend going to Bravissimo for a fitting if you're anywhere near any of their shops.

Shock absorber run is my bra of choice!!!

I agree with touie2 you can't beat the Shock Absorber run bra. They are a bit fiddly to put on at first but once you get used to it you will be fine. They are so comfortable and will give you maximum support whilst exercising. I love mine!!!

I love love love Panache - got me through VLM no worries. Shock absorber run never worked for me but panache feels very secure even with an underwire.

Check the reviews here www.lessbounce.co.uk

Another vote for shock absorber - I got mine from Amazon -much cheaper than the sports websites - ordered my normal bra size and it's fine.

I bought one from ebay (i think it's a M&S with labels removed). Not something to budget on, as I've discovered. It feels too tight below the bust too which can restrict breathing.

Shockabsorber RUN for me. But make sure you try them on - I've found sports bra sizing is nothing like my usual size, both in back & cup sizes.

Don't be afraid to jump up and down in the changing room to see how it all feels on impact.

I'd recommend Bravissimo too. I'm a 32FF and got mine from there. Never have any problems at all and I've had it a while and it washes and lasts really well

I don't hang around on bra threads anymore. I've grown out of that kind of thing.

D'oh.

Shock Absorber Run bras are the ones I'm using at the moment. I saw Nike ones in my local sportswear shop but I don't think they would give enough support for runners. They might be ok for aerobics but even then I have my doubts.
