I did quite a hard interval session on Wednesday and it gave me a bit of a limp - even when I walk. I don't really know what has happened and there isn't much pain but when I tried to go for a run last night I just couldn't do it and had to give up. When I touch the lower part of my leg all over there is nothing specific that hurts, it's just when it is taking impact or load bearing i.e even standing up is a little uncomfortable. Anyone have any clues what it could be and how long I should rest up for?
