Tender Achilles

After running for a number of years, I have suddenly started having achilles and ankle problems. I went to measure up for a pair of ski boots and after having my foot measured I have been told that my foot has a very rigid arch, with little movement.

Could anyone please recommend any stretching or mobility exercises that will help reduce potential further injury?
