'The food doctor everyday diet'

anyone read this/tried it out?

bought a copy from my local chemists.

Thought it looked quite good - appears to be a plan for life to encourage nutritional eating (rather than a restrictive-type diet where you can't eat this or that food group, or have to limit yourself on calories).

Idea (I suppose like GI-type diets) is to prevent highs and lows in insulin production, and to eat small portions of stuff on a regular basis.

Recipes look really nice, with easy to source ingredients. Has anyone tried it?
