last friday i got my toes hurt (maybe broken) when doing martial arts, in my martial arts class, (my fault, i kicked in the wrong foot position)
i don't know if i should go running. They are bruished and painful. I don't know what to do. I have a marathon in May and i am training for it.
it is not an injury due to running, and that is why i can't find information about it in runners websites.
