Yes Limper it is his council house. She gave up hers to move in with him last year. She has appt with council tomorrow.

You sound like your weather is what we had yesterday. Hope you got into a hot bath or shower to warm up after getting so wet.

Ta re plod. I really enjoyed it tonight. 2 months to Glasgow half marathon so I need to up the mileage once home.

I spent 2.5 hours getting to the DIY shop and back. It's 8 miles away. I probably could have run there quicker.

How do all. I've not been getting the notification emails again. Thought I'd look in as thought it had been a bit quiet. Lone running this weekend as the Tipster is away gallivanting. We have visited both sets of parents this weekend, and I'm now looking forward to my dinner. We saw our eldest son yesterday afternoon and had a pint (or 4 of strong good brew in my case) with him in the local. He thinks just like me.....no ladies that's a good thing, and his mum approves. Other son away at his girlfriends for the weekend.

3.2 mile plod completed. Once again no walks and a faster time as well. Will need to think about upping the mileage but I wanted to be comfortable with the 3 miles first.

Been a bright but breezy day here.

I wish Limper but you have no worry about me being there. I have a long way to go to even catch one of you.

Keeping fingers crossed that I have ditched the few lbs I gained over last 2 weeks and hopefully move on into next stone bracket.

Speedy - I struggle to run even a short distance without a break at the moment. You are doing really well to be doing 3 miles non-stop.

Morning all.

Thank you Limper. Weighed on own scales this morning and the weight is back off. Yippee and only 1/2lb to get under next stone mark. 2st 1lb lost.

Last free day before back to work tomorrow. Taking daughter to pick up some of her stuff. Hoping her partner (ex I should say) is at work to make it easier. Got to get all the baby stuff too.

Back at work today.

We didn't get into daughters partners house to pick up some stuff. The B*****d had changed the licks and won't let her in. Police say as her name wasn't on tenancy he is within his rights to lock her out and she has no rights to anything in house even if it is hers and that includes all new baby stuff and her other sons clothes, x box etc. I spoke to him and he won't let her get in. The suite is on HP and in her name but police say nothing they can do if he wants to keep it. She is 6 months pregnant and only has the clothes she left in. Things are bad.

On a brighter nite I have lost what I put on plus another 2lbs making 2st 2lbs list AND I am under the next stone bracket. Am so chuffed.
