Hugs to Limper. Chin up.

Well done RE.

Off to caravan for weekend which means lots of plods and long dog walks.

Another frosty morning here.

Speedy is not well. Her nose is stuffed she has a cough and is sneezing. Feel rough.

Lovely 5 mile plod with frequent nose blowing stops and bouts of coughing. At least I went out.

Where is everyone?

New Forest Half done in torrential rain and windy wind.

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well Speedy. Extra well dones for your run.

Canterbury run done yesterday to take Younger Eagle's stuff down. A nice couple of hours in the sunshine spent at Herne Bay. Very old English!

I got 6.5 miles in before the rain on my way to gym classes this morning, ended up with 7. Either this new body pump set is harder or the Eagle is in trouble, and have you ever attempted the 'bird pose' in a stretxh class?  I did and its not easy.

Ooh, the NF Half, well done Limper. You still on for the mingy run? I must be mad or delusional.

Well done Limper & Speedy

Tippy. Give us a hug darling. It's been too long since the real thing

Well done Eagle.
Never heard of the bird pose but I know ther is an eagle pose in yoga and I always fall over if I try it!

RE might have meant the OB pose (old Bird)

Well done Limper on your half. How did you get on and did you enjoy it? How are you feeling?

Well done on your run RE. Have you recovered from your trip away?

Speedy is not feeling at all well. Rotten cold. Totally stuffed up. This was meant to be our anniversary away weekend and all I feel is rubbish. We have a special anniversary later in the week. Will tell you all on the day.

May head home tomorrow as I believe the rain down south is to head our way tomorrow. We have had a nice but chilly weekend. We took time off as not meant to be going home till Tuesday but if forecast is correct we will go home early.

I mostly enjoyed the half Speedy, even the biblical weather, but the organisation left a lot to be desired.
Things are really twitchy at home so that's getting me down a bit. I'll be fine though. Thanks for asking.
Shame about your cold. Hopefully you'll be all shiny and bright in time for your special day.

23/09/2012 at 21:59
Did you manage to run it all without injury or pain? Glad you enjoyed it. Sorry things not good at home.

Its just a cold but you know how it makes you feel. Hopefully clears soon.

Doggies all sleepy as they had a long walk today.

It's been a vile day. Heavy rain and wind all day long. Even the dogs didn't want to go out. How has been down south?
