I worked Limper. Piggy bank is very very empty so needs must.

Watching GNR and going down memory lane.

Raining here and miserable but must plod later.

Hope Eagle has a good run. So envious of Tippys shed/gym.

LImper: The Eagles did plod yesterday, waiting for flight plan from him.

I also plodded in London , Pride 10K as per usual, Sir Ian McCellan (no doubt spelt wrong) started the run and gave out medals and was a very nice chap.

All went well weather was warm.

Gym (8 metres by 3 metres) (NOT SHED) is getting there but due to us working on it at weekends only is taking a bit of time, will see if i can take a progress piccie.

Thank goodness the spam has gone.

3 mile plod done but lungs struggled to get enough breath. Might have been something to do with the cough I have had for last 2 weeks.

Well done for your plod Speedy. I'm struggling to breath at the moment as well, but I think it's because the season is changing down here. I've been more 'hayfevery' this year than I have for the last 10 years.

My hayfever has been bad this year too. Have heard a lot of folks say they have been worse this year.

It's wet and cold here in Fife. Am seriously thinking about putting heating on. We always try to last out till 1st October before giving in but I can see it going in sooner.

The REAL EAGLE has landed. About 9.30pm at Heathrow last night to be precise. Stockholm is a lovely city, and dare I say it, there are gorgeous ladies there. They must all come from a mould, very easy on the eye! Enjoyed the run, they started us in blocks at 5 min intervals, but apart from the 'elite' block each was mixed times, so there was plenty of passing going on, meant that I got to see even more lovelies as they sped past. Why did Mrs E keep saying 'down boy' all weekend? I can't understand it. Don't fret Limper & Speedy you are my special ladies.

Can recoomend Stockholm, but it is very expensive.

Have been for an 8 mile lone run this evening - HE stood me up!.
