I also do body blast - that is a good all round session, more cardio, less weights, and spin class - on a static bike, good for cardio, calerie burn, works the legs but not good for dodgy knees.
Speedy, don't try too many new classes at once.
Speedy, It is fine to try different classes, but I was trying to suggest not all in the same week! I also do Body Blast - another good cardio (xalerie burn) & all round workout.
The lily-pad has floated away following a night of absolutely biblical rainfall.Quite a lot of it appears to have fallen indoors actually
