Aim straighter Tippy.

I also do body blast - that is a good all round session, more cardio, less weights, and spin class - on a static bike, good for cardio, calerie burn, works the legs but not good for dodgy knees.

Spin would not suit me knees RE. Booked in for Thai Fit on Tuesday if I can get away from work 15 mins early and Kettlebells on Thursday and am on reserve list for body combat next Saturday. Diet itself is not working but my consultant told me it wouldn't so exercise is the way to go.

Speedy, It is fine to try different classes, but I was trying to suggest not all in the same week!  I also do Body Blast - another good cardio (xalerie burn) & all round workout.

Thanks RE. I understand now. Only booked Boot Camp tomorrow then the gym on Thursday to be shown how to make use of the Kettlebells. Have canx Thai Fit till next Tuesday so as not doing too much as I still need to plod. I did see Body Blast on the class timetable but will wait a bit to try that.

Just home from Kettlebells class. It was good and I managed all except the bits where I had to kneel down. Knees didn't like that bit. Somehow I feel I might be a little sore tomorrow. Did 30 mins on treadmill before it. Weight is on way down again. Only a little this week but looking for bigger loss next week.
