Tippy - I took an extraordinary amount of drugs beforehand for my back. I admit to being mildly confused just prior to the run!

I was doing not too bad until I had to lift Dawg onto the vet's table this evening. Dawg is in excess of 5 stone and knows how to plant herself very firmly when she doesn't want to be lifted! I thought the vet might end up having to treat me instead!!

P'raps you'd like to offer to give my back a bit of a rub Tippy?

Where is that Eagle anyway? Is he still scraping the mud off his legs?!

Passes Speedy Jnr a bottle of cod liver oil.... that'll do the trick!

I did offer to buy her a bottle Limper but she declined the offer. I wonder why?

Dawg is a lot heavier than all my 3 put together.

Body combat tonight and boy was it tough. Didn't know what I had let myself in for. It was fast and I struggled a fair bit.

Morning all. I think that I'll be picking mud out of my toenails for a few days yet after the Mingy run. Just in time to get more in there on the Sodbury Slog.

I really did enjoy the Frog's company on Sunday.

Out to play with Tippy in the dark tonight - if I can escape from w*rk in time.

Speedy's new addition is not living up to Grandma's (?) nickname. Keeping us all in suspenders.

I've been flap jacked! Another delivery of delicious goodies arrived unsolicited today at work from my great friend LMG. Yum Yum. Some of the little blighters did not make it home....

No track session for me tonight, Tippy will have to cope with two training groups without my added entertainment value. I've just made a batch of chick pea curry, plus stewed some apples with sultanas and cinnamon. (Not all in the same pan before TT starts to get clever).
