It is not my duck causing the wind RE

That makes a change.

I'm at the point of needing anchors on all corners to stop the lily-pad from blowing away. It's horrendous down here. I blame the French!

How is your huffing and puffing today Tippy?

Evening my feathered friend.

09/05/2013 at 22:27

still h & p limper.

Think RE is getting ready to fly to warmer climes

10/05/2013 at 06:45

Well. In the lily-pad garden this morning there are a couple of less trees and a lot more ground foilage!

When are you migrating Eagle?

I hope your H&P resolves Tippy. It can be pretty exhausting can't it. Big hugs.

Hope your week has been better than last Speedy?

I'm heading outside now. I may be sometime. I may learn to fly

Be safe Limper.

Take lessons and fly west with the Eagle.

10/05/2013 at 21:06

Are you making an offer I can't refuse Eagle?!

11/05/2013 at 21:17

Tippy I hope you are ok. Sorry to hear you are not well.  Get better soon.

Speedy came down to the borders this morning and guess what - its raining

I am not settling down with my new staff at all.  Had to pull one up yesterday for something she did and I then had to deal with the tears.   Am out of my comfort zone as I dont like the way this department works and have already told them some of the way they work is crap. I guess I wont be popular then.  Roll on retirement.

Need to plod tomorrow.

speedy on day 3 of 8 steroid tablets a day. so hopefully all will sort itself out.

Now i hope RE is behaving, cam you hear distant bells ringing

11/05/2013 at 21:43

Are you managing to sleep while on steroids Tippy? I always get hyper in the day then can't sleep at night. Still they do seem to do the trick usually so worth the aggro. Hope you are better soon.

Work sounds grim Speedy. Maybe tomorrow will be less wet so you can get out for a good plod.

Yes Tippy big hugs and get well soon.

Wet day here.  Didnt plod but did do a 5.5mile wet, muddy and slippy walk.  Climbing over fallen trees and scrambling up slippy banks.  3wet and muddy dogs. Tired now.

runs in......

Oh my word, I'm so sorry not to have dropped by!  Life has been full of hecticness!

How is everyone?

Life good here but stupid busy

12/05/2013 at 20:47

Hi Ally.  Nice to see you back.  Hope you are well.

12/05/2013 at 20:57

I am good thank you Speedy.

Had a few weeks beset with either illness or injury but seem okay at the minute!  Amelia had a bad few nights with her skin and therefore I became incredibly tired.  Me and tired = high level of accident proneness!  In one week I managed to give myself a head injury with mild concussion, sprain the same ankle twice in the same day and bugger my back!  Not my finest week!

Hope the asthma is improving Tiptoes?  Are the steroids making you eat like a horse?  I eat like a horse and 24/7 as well as I can't sleep well on them either.

Limper - Portsmouth marathon in December - do they do a half version?  I'd LOVE to meet up again

12/05/2013 at 21:04

ally, no still same food intake, just be glad when all is back to normal

12/05/2013 at 21:28

It's just a horrible feeling having to work so hard to breath eh?  Hope it's better soon.
