i will have to have words with a certain young lady, "wheres mine"

Her blonde partner in crime gave me a hug tonight. Lovely jubbly.

Very quiet on here. I have to come to check for posts as no alerts these days although he box is ticked.

Evening boys.  Hope you are both well and behaving.

I don't get notifications either now.

Feet on the mend.  Not needing walking stick now although there is still the ungainly shuffle when I walk. Limping less now. Neatly 9 weeks with no exercise is making Speedy a tubby Speedy   Going to try a few longer walks next week before back to work the week after.

Have you boys heard from Limper or are her posts not showing on my RW?

Limper has gone all quiet, hope that she is okay.

Slowly slowly catchee monkey Speedy.  Gently does it with the way back to fitness. (I hear Tippy's voice in my ear).  Even I'm having to listen this time.

I too hope she is ok.

You are right RE I guess I need to be sensible.  Not sure toes would appreciate being subjected to plodding yet.  Soon though I hope.  Getting better every day.  Once I have seen consultant at 12 weeks (if the appt ever comes through) I will ask about starting back to the plod.

You take care too RE.

4 miles done yesterday morning. Off out soon to get a run in to the gym for body pimp then stretch & tone. Dry here at the moment, rain & gales promised for later.

15/09/2013 at 09:36

Morning.  Good for you RE.

Rain and wind here already.

Now to settle down to watch the GNR.

15/09/2013 at 14:15

GNR is inspirational to watch.  Too crowded though for a real 'run'. Great for running with mates at an 'easy' pace though.

Managed 5 miles this morning - the furthest for about a month.  Good hard body conditioning session (cover coach not Body Pump qualified), then stretch class.

Chased down by a G&T, then roast chicken.

15/09/2013 at 19:34

Sounds like a good day then RE.  Child watching here all day.  One 5 year hot bored watvjing the GNR and wanted cartoons on.

This fecking site!  Had to login again. Pathetic.

Limper has limited access to internet - that is why she has gone quiet on us. But this site does make it hard anyway.  And why does the 'survey# box keep popping up?  ARRRGH!

18/09/2013 at 23:26

Was getting worried about Limper.  Hope she is ok apart from her internet access.

I don't seem to have the same problems as you have on here RE.  I ooen Runners World, hit forums, and come on here.

Did a half mile enforced walk yesterday.   Took my car for its MOT and had to leave it at garage so had to walk into town to get a bus home.  Yippee first bit of exercise in 9 weeks.  More to come.  Will take it slowly and build up once feet fully healed.

Hope everyone is ok.

Mr & Mrs Eagle will be flying to warmer climes tomorrow for a week in the sun - so I'll not be on here for a few days.  TT should be back mid week though.

20/09/2013 at 22:02

Enjoy your trip away RE.  Where are you off to?

Speedy is now a bit lonely on here.

21/09/2013 at 07:46

Gran Canaria. Late booking, need to get away.

22/09/2013 at 18:06

Hope RE is enjoying his holiday.

Guess I am all alone now then
