I noticed, Benz, but I assumed that you were waiting for a new delivery. Well done :)

Bye folks - must go and toil. Sigh...

It also occurred to me that you'd got a bottle belt, and the rest were all round the back!

I thought you'd finally managed to find a bottle bank that wasn't overflowing, Hippo.

DavidB, have you introduced Wee Piglet to your 15 children and shown her your loft full of Hornby yet? She will fave to know sometime. I won't tell her until you're ready, though.

I am ACHING. Spoke too soon yesterday about having got off lightly after the weights. I could hardly move this morning, and couldn't put my weight on the Bad Ankle. A shower and stretch (and short drive to work) later, the ankle is painfree and the bum and legs are bearable. Recovery walk this afternoon, I hope.

Morning all. About to take Small to dentist for an ortho extraction. She's scared! Poor 'ickle thing.
10/01/2003 at 08:59
Well done, Pronged One.

Dn't forget to go out shopping for some shiny new lycra before you hit the changing room.

Poor Small. Only one solution - bribery.

My 6-year-old was most disappointed last time she went to the dentist. Daddy took her, she had a little filling as well as the check-up, and she was SO good. Then she came home expecting me to be pleased with her, and all she got was a b*ll*cking for not looking after her teeth properly.

You harsh mother.

new lycra.. yes, must purchase!!!!!

Morning Sassie, Barkles, V-rap.

Well done with the beer Barkles. I cut back very sharply about six months ago, probably average about ten pints per month now. Quite happy with a glass or two of wine in the evening. VO2 max test sounds scary to me too...

Hi Glenn. Have you put your name down for the GPs vs Accountants five-a-side footy match yet?
