I suggest you continue being the guy that would currently attract your wife.

As I said earlier, you can't make anyone do anything be it love you or tell you how they are feeling.

The following might help:
People do things for a positive reason. This may not be your positive reason or the way you would phrase this particular positive reason but it is their positive reason and that is why they are doing it.
Reason being can you think of anybody doing something for themselves because of a negative reason?

You will have to wait till your wife wants to tell you her positive reasons.
