Twisted ankle...i think

Hi all, I've have just been playing football and i think i have turned my ankle over, i took a knock and it felt really sore on the outside of my foot. i can put weight on it, but its getting stiff and hurts if i rotate my foot or bend it up or down.....help please..what treatment?
