Fellow FFF members (existing, newbies and wannabes!).... following on from coments made after the Brighton run I thought we should do what the training forum does, but in our own friendly curved way!

Benz, JJ and I are doing the reading half in March. I need all the help and encouragement I can get! Benz has agreed to be my virtual training partner and this got me thinking.

Anyone else wanna join in the fun? You know lets have this thread (ongoing) as a training thread and leave the fun and support for the usual thread?

What you think then guys and gals???

It's a good idea EP but might it get a bit confusing with 2 training threads on the go?

What WannabeRunner and I do is email eachother every day with our successes and failures so we each chivvy the other on. We've been at it now for 4 months and it's really helped us, particularly when we ran together for the first time in Brighton. We originally started it to train for the Windsor 1/2 but,as you know, I had to drop out and Claudine didn't feel ready to go it alone.

I'm sure you'll find the best way for you to work.
