I have rested for 4 weeks and I don't feel any pain in my shins.
I started the plan on Tuesday and completed the first day with no pain at all.
I had planned to complete the program or the early stages of it on a treadmill.
As I mostly run on road should I be carrying out the plan 100% on the surface I use most or will the first 3 weeks or so be best done on a treadmill?
