I read the usig the sprinters style(forefoot strike) may not be the best technique for mid-long distance on the roads because it puts more pressure on the achilles.Show I try a more flat footed strike to try to solve Achilles issues
Try to land midfoot, not bouncing on toes and not on heels. There is a brilliant video of Ryan Hall full flight but cant find it , so here is another one where he explains what he does
