My yoga teacher is getting pain/cramp in his calves after a few minutes during every run. He has been fitted correctly and his gait checked. Is it possible that, as he is more flexible than most, he has got too much support from his trainers in his heels so its almost as if he's running on his toes more ?
it is probably because he has weak calves, despite his flexibility. Or he is doing too much too soon. A walk run plan would be helpful if he is a newbie. HTHs
thanks - I'll tell him.
Or it could be Gayness
