Hi Foxy,

I know what you mean about weight gain - it just sneaks up sometimes.

I worked out that I am 2 stone 4lbs heavier than when I ran in Edinburgh in 2006, but have knocked nearly 40 mins off my marathon PB since then.  I am starting to get muscle strain now though after various races and I feel it is because of the extra weight I am carrying.

I need to get my body fat stats done so I can see where I am at, and how much fat weight I need to lose.

Well done on your 14 minutes - that's still excellent effort

And you are right - sensible habits are important in the long run, to get it off and keep it off.
