Message:	Just thought I would do this now, there are so many threads on IM Ch that its hard to keep a track of who is doing what. Gonna start this so that the watchers can follow the runners and the runners have ONE place to keep us updated before and after the race. Best of luck to everyone tomorrow, looks like a clear, hot and sunny day with little breeze. Give it everything guys and leave nothing on the course !!
