Alternative to the Brighton marathon

Hi guys, this year i wanted to run the Brighton marathon but the only way i can do that now is by getting a charity place.  That would usually be fine but next year i am focusing on a different event for charity later in the year, so i was just wondering whats a decent marathon to run, around the same time as Brighton (within a few weeks), that i can just enter without needing sponsorship.  Thanks
