I wanted to see if I could focus with 200metres light jog followed by 200 metres faster. I kept this going for the first mile then struggled with the exertion. 2nd mile was 200m jog 100 metre walk and by third mile was 100metre jog 100 metre walk or more depending on what I thought I could do. Pleased to do 1st mile so well so will work on trying to maintain this next time.
after run 30 press-ups with knees on floor 3x10
Claire had baby tom yesterday and I picked up trevor from the hospital at 3am getting back at 4am so was tired yesterday.
Today I need to sort out what to wear for the wedding, collect prescription, look at travel insurance, give owens passport application to Kathy.
