Wish I'd done my christmas shopping already! Going to work a speed session into my local shopping centre and get it all done two days before I reckon...

Ady - great suggestion though I don't know if I can bring myself to use a name that associates itself with surely the most dreadful of Christmas hits.

Mrs Malcs came up with "Three Wise Malcs" - clearly she is just trying to flatter me into doing the housework prior to tomorrow's shindig.

RRR - Ill have my camera at the ready as well just in case that happens. I think you've also picked my favourite new name for Malcs so far!

Will try my best to post pictures too, although I might be pre-occupied with sucking my baby fat in when photos are taken!

Anyone out for runs today? Managed to sneak a treadmill 5km in this morning and got a new PB in 21:37 (it was on a treadmill though!). Hopefully this is a good sign of things to come.

I bet the festive five are super excited about today and all the best to you and hope it turns out to be a great day!!!!
I won my first ever throphy yesterday, we had a club annual race I was the first Veteran in and finishing sixth overall, good to end the week we all had now on a high !!
