An mo is massage - though it may refer to a different variety, 'cos normally it's offered by an unsolicited call to your hotel room at 2am.

RR Congratulations on your run I volunteered today and watched my wife trudge through the mud at Reading parkrun.
I'm still undecided about tomorrow's XC event. Will see if I can persuade my wife to let me out  

My eight mile easy run turned into 11.5 miles of hills and very muddy trails.  I lost my shoe in the thick mud so had a nice soggy foot to shoehorn back in.  Great fun .  The thick fog around the hills made it feel like I was running in some kind of vortex.  I could see the top of the hill and the path, but was surrounded by grey.  Good job I knew where I was going.  I ran further than planned mainly to do a reccy of potential route changes to avoid the worst of the mud.  It can only get worse over the next few months!  

It will be interesting to see how my knee feels after running the hills.

I'm thinking of loosely following the P&D schedule (up to 55 miles) for my marathon.  Not long now before official training begins 

Just back from Datchet xc - beautiful morning by the Thames at Windsor and had a good run. Great turnout, must have been well over 300 runners.

Great to see you again, Sleepy, along with Ben and Rascal.  Good to chat with Ben.  Hope Rascal's foot heals quickly.

Both Sleepy and i had good runs but the star of the show once again was Ben who won the race with a one minute margin on second.  Well done Ben and good luck in Holland at the services xc event.

Now where's that settee...?
