Er yes - I haven't even done a half yet so possibly might be a good thing to get rejected!!

Fleetgirl - I've never done a half either, but i've done a marathon!!

I'm off to work shortly, but will keep my fingers crossed for you.  If you get in don't panic there's plenty of time for training and you can do the Fleet half next March as a training run.

Have signed up for Reading Half which is on the same day.  I don't want anyone I know seeing me!

Maybe a stupid question but I've got a place in 2010, the magazine isn't overly clear. Do you have to send back the acceptance form to kind of confirm you'll be taking part or do you only have to send it back if you need to correct any details on it?

I'm in - got my email telling me so today!

This will be my first marathon (after deciding that I really didn't want to make London my first oh well)..

Stephen - Yes, just got my email  5 minutes ago.

Stillsmiling - London will be perfect for your first marathon, the crowd support will help you through.  I did Paris as my first and felt a bit lonely at times.
