Is there anyone out there that can help me? I am staying in Birmingham, probably central, on the weekend 22/23rd March. Is there any friendly distance training groups that would welcome a "guest"? I dont fancy the prospect of 2-3 hours running alone.

I live in tamworth, mear birmingham, try the peel road runners web site for contact details and give one of them a ring, great crowd, out on sat and sun
