advice please
in the past 4 weeks ive done 3 long runs 18,20,22, they were all pretty comfortable . should i be tapering down now or putting in another 22 mile run . its my first marathon so unsure what to expect thanks.
It depends when the Brighton marathon is. If it's 3 weeks away, I'd do another 20+ mile run.

A 20 miler three weekends before the marathon is fairly standard within most marathon training plans.
