Gosh today is dragging!

Ummm... if anyone sees a small (and probably bedraggled) person running in a bright yellow Help the Hospice vest with 17800 pinned to the front of it and Ellie written across the top, a shout would be much appreciated... :-)

Just to say Good Luck to all you guys running on Sunday. I am actually pretty jealous. Didn't get in this year and had a Paris place instead but couldn't even do that due to illness. So I know how nervous/excited you must be feeling. Hope the weather is clement and that you run through 'the wall'. Have a great time and am supporting you all every step of the way.

Morning - can't sleep for some reason!! Legs ache from plodding around expo yesterday - think I'll go for a little run tomorrow to loosen them up!!
