Well I didn't JFDI!

Was supposed to do 4 yesterday, and 7 today, so sort of compromised by doing 9 at 0600 this morning in the wind, cold and wet. Forgot gloves so fingers were bloody cold, when finished it was about 10 mins before I could use fingers to undo laces lol.

Trigg... will be dropping Mrs G off in Hackney and then I can come over to you and meet wherever you want. ( have sat nav ) Would love a jog with you if you don't mind a very slow one .will leave it until closer to the date to see how things are fitness wise

.But will def have a natter and catch up.

I'd hardly say I whimped out, I just couldn't be arsed lol. Ok, yeah I whimped out.

Didn't wimp this morning when it was lashing down. TBH I find it much easier going out first thing rather than going out after a day at work.

Haha I did another 4.65 this morning.

It was quite sluggish but I blame it on being out on the pop until 2330 watching the mighty Cardiff City batter Crystal Palace and qualify (albeit on penalties lol) for the Carling Cup Final.

Not a very good game - we hammered them and did everything but score enough goals.

Attempts on Target: Cardiff 11 Palace 0
Attempts off target: Cardiff 16 Palace 5

We hit the post/crossbar 3 times, we just couldn't score whilst we dominated the game. I thought we were doomed when it went to Pens.

Heehee fair enough, tho it was clear Palace were poor and came to protect their first leg advantage. I'm happy!

Second semi-final tonight, will Liverpool hold on? Even for the second half of the first leg after going 1-0 up, they employed that tried and tested formation, the flat back 9 lol.

And what a match it was......... Barcelona v Real Madrid I mean......... would like to see one live... been to the stadium but never seen a match there.... got your tickets for Wembley then Daz....... I am of there in Feb..... well the arena anyway... it is close...

Sounds good, but the Liverpool game was quite good to.

I saw Barcelona play AC Milan there a few years ago. It was only a friendly, so not a sell-out - pah. There were only 97,000 people there lol.

I was good tho, only had 3 pints last night watching game as was saving myself for 0600 run this morning, another 8.52 miles notched up.

Will try for Wembley tickets, I've been the last few times with Cardiff.

Well done with you morning run. Have to admit I did prefer to run then rather than later in the day. Nowadays just happy to be able to run any time. Supposed to go out today but not feeling 100% so will wait til tomorrow... no need to rush for me. Will be in Longleat for the 10km next Sunday as will LIz if you are in the area...................

Done another 14.25 this morning, that's 36 in the last four days, now due a rest.

Won't be at Longleat, have already planned a 15 with another guy from club, hope you have fun.
