Well done everyone who finished on Sunday.
I know it's very early to be asking this but...do the 'Good For your Age' times change each year, or have they been the same for a while? I finished in 3:37 on Sunday. Usually the women's GFA time is 3:45.
Can I start planning for next year, without the worry of being rejected in the ballot yet again??
