Well I've been injured since I did the Flora half a couple of weeks ago and only returning to light training tonight, so the time for which I was hoping may be out the window too. My advice is just to prepare as best you can in the next 2 and a half weeks, then enjoy the day like you've never enjoyed anything in your life. We're the fortunate ones who are part of the 25th London Marathon and it's going to be fantastic, whatever times we end up doing. Good luck mate!

I was struggling until I discovered the combined benefits of chocolate, ice baths and ibuprofen! (Not all at once though!!). I ran/walked a fairly hilly 20 mile route on Sunday in 3hr 45 - great to have got up to the 20 mile mark. I'm starting to think I may actually be able to do this!!

Good luck everyone!

Possitive thinking, you've got to have it. As i said earlier in this link, think failure, you've got more chance of doing just that, think possitive, you will achieve an amazing thing, what ever time you complete it in.
I agree with Chris C, We are so lucky to be part not only of the London Marathon but the 25th anniversary London Marathon.

WE WILL ALL COMPLETE THE ADVENTURE IN FRONT OF US.

I'm looking for under 4 hours too, my first mara. I'd be happy with that, having not trained properly since the flora half a couple of weeks back due to PT. Good luck everyone.

Don't worry about your time. Things happen on the way round which could mean you don't make it anyway. Better go and not expect anything except have a really good day!

Good luck to you all. Was meant to be marathon number 5 for me and my 3rd London Marathon, but unfortunately snapped my ankle ice Skating at Xmas, so have had to postpone until next year as I am unable to run.

Having run London the last two years I have enjoyed it so much. I'm sure you will all too. It's a great achievement!
