Illness with 4 weeks to go!

Hi there,

I am recovering from a chest infection that has knocked out my training for vlm for nearly 2 weeks now.

Prior to that I had just got to 16 miles and found it tough!

I am not going for anything special time-wise, ideally something around 4.45.

I am reading all kinds of advice regarding how best to use my last 4 weeks ranging from nothing but long runs (18-20miles) to lots of short hill and speed training with nothing longer than 14.

Bearing in mind I'm going to have to build up a bit, does anyone have any advice? I want to make the absolute most of the last 2 weeks of training before I taper...
