Pat Wood, if you get accepted you don't get a fleece. The fleece is for people who bequeath their entry fee and don't get in.

I've got in, only for the second time of asking. Anyone applying for the Flora Half Marathon at Silverstone?

David...I'm with you...now I've been accepted its time to firm up the training plan and the Silverstone half seems a logical event...watch out all you Road Runners, I'll be right behind you!

I'll see you there. My parents only live about 20 mins away so they can come and peel me off the track!

I heard I was in yesterday as I mentioned previously. My wife has still not heard either way. It is getting very stressful now. I don't think there is a pattern to when you hear. Just tell us, tell us....

Third time lucky for me, which is fantastic because collecting all the sponsorship this year through my Gold Bond place was more difficult than running 26.2!

SB, with that number you'll certainly get a good start!! Or maybe overseas runners have lower numbers.
