Sub 3:30 Anyone
It's good to feel nervous, take care of the nips and you'll be fine.
Hope there's not too much sun on Sunday, a day like today would be great.
I prefer bodyglide to vasaline....!
Bread, bread and more bread for me! If I don't ,manage to run round, least I'll be able to roll round on Sunday!!
albee, Radio Berkshire wanted me on on Thursday, b ut I had to be about 20 miles away in Maidenhead at 7am! As a Sports Massage Therapist I'm chocka on Thursday - said I'll be available by phone!! I'll try and clock in on Friday. Good luck!!
Good Luck Sunday to you all
Will bewatching avidly (apart from at 12 when I will be in front of the computer) whose up for another thread for 2009 then ?
Photo ID, I'd missed that, thanks for heads up.....
Phew AA sounds like you'll be with us
RFJ good luck on Sunday. Go get that sub 3:30 you deserve..... and good luck to all you others on this forum, hope you all get what you're aiming for and enjoy the day, especially if its your 1st FLM.
Beattie - Try Surgical Tape. It stays on even if you sweat bucketloads like me.
3:30, has to be done
Bodyglide is good, but dont like to use it round the shorts...!
Hey I missed those fiver offers!!!
AA - do it by phone its got to be less embarrassing! I bet you're runoff your feet at the mo doing sports massage!! What a brilliant talent to have though - thats what has got me back in with a fighting chance!
Managed to have a cup a soup for lunch and 2 chocolate bars. Then had a chicken curry for dinner - so am ok now, but ready for my bed. Night.
uh-oh... forecast is now cold and wet:
I would not worry too much about if the weather is going to be slightly on the cold side or even if there is rain which may be light and variable, because we will all be running anyway, I think the weather will be more than good enough, you could look at 6-7 weather websites and will all give a slightly different result.
Think positive, not negative.
Anyone going to the expo Saturday.
LOL that sounds very similar to my plan Drk
3 miles 23:40, one more run on Friday before D Day
Hello 3:30 or bust, send us lots of energy loaded vibes!
I'm going down on Saturday PM will probably be a Expo half hour before it shuts............
Expo done! My Day:
Thinking this is more exhausting than Sunday can ever be! Bring it on - last 3 mile run tomorrow!
