Hi All,

Thought I'd add my name although I'm very new to all this running lark. First time doing any marathon but loving the distance training. Ran the Tunbridge Wells half marathon in 1hr41 and built up to 16 miles at 2hr15 so far. Going for minimum of 18 on Sunday and my final long run on 31 Mar. Cant wait for the marathon, the culmination of a lot of training and over £1000 raised for RMHC so far! Look forward to seeing everyone there and good luck to other runners/supporters on teh day!

Now then my darlins - I've had a few responses to my pm's with groups etc from people concerned they're going to be too late for us. I cannot tell you enough that WE WILL WAIT FOR EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!! We leave it till way after the sweeper lorry has been through and usually make it to chandos well after everyone else.

We are there FOR YOU. We make a promise to be there, and be there we will.

Now go enjoy your threads, get to know your supporters they're a fabulous crew, and concentrate on the rest of your training and keeping well.

And finally, big up the Wicked Ones!!!!!

And to reitterate - we wait until everyone is accounted for - I went for a 3 mile walk last time to find one of my group who had dropped out as it happened but until i heard the news I still went looking
