Pop me onto the supporters list, loved being cheered on by you lot last year, but the London marathon's not for me so I will enjoy being the other side of the fence this year. Thats a good point TP. I remember being unable to move my arms the day after last year, due to DOMS and blisters from pom pom shaking.

Not quite sure about the references to getting in training for the supporting duties - I operate on a standard rolling 12 month training programme

I'm severely tempted to do vodka jelly babies again this year..................... if I recall they went down quite well with the runners in group 10 a couple of years ago!!!!!

Been a bit absent on here lately but a bit of an extra cheer at mile 17 would be great!

I totally missed you guys last time so I'm not going to ask for much more then a cheer (or Jelly Baby or 2) so I don't waste resources/man power.
