Slightly worried they wont get to mile 25 in time now lol. Just been looking at map to see if theres owt they can do to make it easier. The mile 13/22 on same road bit there still not forced to get back to finish I time as thats only 4 miles. Any ideas.

70 minutes should be enough from canary wharf to Westminster shouldn't it for them.

Canary Wharf to Westminster is 6 stops on the tube - about 15 mins. Even allowing for queuing, getting in and out of the stations etc I'd be surprised if it took more than 45 mins, tops.

Just out of interest Mark, how did it go - did they get around London OK?

Hi there yes it went perfect, saw them 3 times at the 3 spots, worked like a charm thanks for that. Shame my run went to pot.

OK daft question if my family exit the tube station at Westminster how can they get onto birdcage walk to watch the finish and also then can I  walk over a bridge to meet them after I finish over  birdcage itself so I can get to their side?  So they exit Westminster tube and want to go to birdcage walk how best can they do this please?

They can come out of westminster tube at portcullis house and turn right, they will be on the right hand side of Birdcage walk then and bo one needs to cross roads?

they can cross anyway, they have a clever coralling system.
