I've been waiting to see my name in print but The Times don't seem to be publishing the results as they've done in previous years, can anyone shed any light on this.

The Evening Standard/Daily Mail are the "official media partners" this year. The results are going to be in the Evening Standard today, but I'm not sure if they are printing them in the Mail as well. Bit of a problem if you don't live in London if they don't.

The 'Mail' haven't performed in the same way that the Times have in previous years.. To get a full 32page 'special' which includes reports and times you need to write in. (It'll cost you £2.00 tho')

I'll try and post the details later.

I'd already decided that I didn't want the list of results sufficiently badly to swallow such principles as I have and buy the Daily Mail. I definitely won't now! I shall wait for the photos, and the certificate that tells me I was 29,532nd or whatever.

I think it is disgusting that we are not automatically sent a complete set of results. Or that they are not automatically in the papers. In Switzerland you are automatically sent a print out of all results, for a recent race that was over 24,000 sets of results and we were sent them within 2 weeks of the race.

I think they need to re-think this.

Don't blame you Vrap. Like your principles.

The Monday coverage in the Times was in a different league to the Daily Mail, they managed to print the top 50 men and women not just the top 10 as in the Mail for example. The Mail ask us to send a cheque for 86p to get a souvenir brochure with everyone's time in. This isn't much I know but why can't they print the results over several days like the Times did. This would surely help them sell more papers.

Perhaps the FLM organisers need to give this aspect some serious thought, it simply isn't good enough

I got my face in the Daily Mail- but then so do most despots. Shan't be bothering spending any more money subsidising the fscists though.

Can some one please post details of the Daily Mail address, cheque payable details and amount , so I can order my souvenir special. Thanks

Yeah must admitt that the Mail as media partner made me feel a bit sick as well - I'll hope that somebody leaves a marathon supplement on the tube for me to pick up on my way home, but if not no great loss!

hmmmmmmmmm how come the Mail charge, but the Standard give it to you for free?

My time's not in there so I'm glad I didn't pay 86pence for it.

If I find any on the tube tonight, I will gather them up and send to anyone who wants one (and I'll do it out of the goodness of my heart, not for 86p!).

Quite agree that losing The Times is a big loss. The Mail's coverage is thin to say the least.

Monique, I thought that was you in the picture in Monday's Mail!!!
