Blyth always have a lot of runners going down, as does Morpeth Harriers. Not sure if they travel by bus - might be worth dropping them a line.
My running club was contacted by Blyth to say they're running a weekend trip again this year. As Minni said, I suggest you contact them to ask for details and booking form.
National Express coaches are another option.
