So he's famous now. Seems worth it to me.
"Most notorious cheat in Great Britain" isn't really fame worth having.
He seems to have racked up a more sedate time of 4-09-33 in the 2004 London Marathon (runner 22101). Whether he cheated then too, we have no way of knowing.
And now the fastest female pensioner has been DQ'd. What is with the old folks this year?
