Ofcourse I've been up for hours and gone for a nice jog!!
Actually I've crashed at the computer while I get over the agony of coming down the stairs!! Tried doing the backwards descent technique and nearly fell over the cat!!

Hi All,
brill day loved every min of it, thats why i took so long!! i was soakin up the sun & atmosphere. Great to see you all there at 17ml, cheers much appreciated.

Pat on back to all supporters, brill job.

1st and last time for me, wanted to do it for so long, put in again this year ran in memory of me mum, job done. Will still run but that was special for me never be beaten.

Thanks for all help, advice support etc, great web site.

Hope you all enjoyed it as much as me.
